BRS offers support contracts to DOM for Windows clients.  The support contract is called Software Subscription Service ("SSS"), which includes standard DOM software updates, and unlimited telephone and remote support for the DOM application and related systems and software.

Additional Services

For clients without SSS,  or for other applications or equipment not covered by SSS, blocks of support time may be purchased.
