BRS Computing provides management systems and technology consultation only to dental offices, and has been doing so since 1977. Starting with minicomputer systems, BRS helped pioneer in-office computer systems for dentists. Our dental management program, DOM for Windows, is available as software only, or can be combined with appropriate computer and communications equipment as a package for a complete solution. BRS offers practice management tools suitable for a range of needs, from the single practitioner office, up to the largest multi-location practice with an unlimited number of doctors. DOM for Windows offers the ability to export scheduler and referral information to Palm Computing® Handheld Devices. DOM is available with Integrated DOMchart which includes Restorative and Periodontal Charting. DOM Clinical Plus includes DOMchart, and additionally integrates Imaging, including Digitial X-Ray and Intra-oral Camera interfaces. Other new products include endoDOM and endoCHART, which are practice management and clinical software designed by endodontists for endodontists.

In 2003, BRS announced the availability of DOM Enterprise SQL Server. Using the advanced database capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server systems, BRS is able to offer the very large or multi-location dental practice management organization the complete features of the DOM Enterprise software. Coupled with BRS' extensive experience with wide area networks, DOM Enterprise SQL Server is the best performing true Windows-based practice management software.

BRS also offers additional services, such as electronic processing of insurance claims, and electronic mailing of patient statements.
